PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSIONS

Admission procedure is based on the guidelines of university.  Admissions are open on availability of vacancies and based on defined categories.

Registration for admission usually opens in the month of April, May/June.

1. Registration form will be supplied in the College Accounts Office on payment.
2. Complete filled registration form and necessary papers with utmost care and submit the same in the

      College office, and obtain acknowledgement.

1. b) Mere registration does not guarantee admission.
2. c) Age limit is compulsory. Age will be counted on 1st of July of the admitting year for admissions.
3. d) Transfer Certificate for admission from previous College is compulsory.
4. e) Admission test: Admission test will be conducted for admission. Only the students qualified on merit are eligible for admission. Admission list will be displayed only in the College notice only.
5. f) ADMISSION will be confirmed only on submission of:

• Admission form: (to be supplied by the College office)
• Submission of Transfer Certificate / Record sheet from recognized College;
• Payment of prescribed fee by stipulated date
• Any other if prescribed specifically;

Note:

• At the time of admission a student must submit Transfer Certificate of last attended institution.
• The Migration certificate must be submitted by a student joining from a College outside Uttar Pradesh.
• In case of re-admission after withdrawal, admission fee will be levied again.
• A certain number of seats are reserved for SC/ST candidates.
• The Principal reserves the right to admit or to refuse admission to anybody without assigning any reason.
